1. Booking Policy

All bookings made through our official website (www.casavinoasadoyamigos.com) are offered at the lowest available rate.
Website bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before making a reservation.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures for any booking made directly through our website.
If you require more flexibility, we recommend using third-party booking platforms that offer refundable options (note: higher rates may apply).

3. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

No smoking inside the apartment.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

5. Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

6. Maximum Occupancy

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
You are advised to arrange your own travel insurance for coverage during your trip.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., flight delays, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

9. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled securely and used only to manage your booking. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising will be handled in the appropriate courts of Granada, Spain.
